Himel YT Scheduler ("the app", himelahmed.com) is a private tool that lets account holders schedule the privacy status (private / public) of videos on YouTube channels they own or manage. This policy explains what data the app uses.
Use of YouTube API Services
The app uses YouTube API Services. By authorizing a channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
What data we access
- Google OAuth tokens for the channels you authorize (scope:
youtube), used only to read and change the privacy status of the videos you list. - Video IDs and channel name that you enter or that YouTube returns, and the privacy status of those videos.
- Your account email and a hashed password to log in to the dashboard.
We do not read comments, analytics, subscribers, revenue, private messages or any other channel data, and we do not upload, edit or delete videos.
How the data is used
Only to perform the schedule you configure (making listed videos private or public at your chosen times) and to show you status and logs in your dashboard. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.
Storage and security
Data is stored on the app's own server, separately for each account, protected by password login and HTTPS. Tokens are kept only as long as the channel is in your dashboard.
Deleting your data / revoking access
- Remove a channel in the dashboard to delete its token and settings immediately.
- Ask the admin to delete your account to remove all your data.
- You can revoke the app's access at any time from your Google account: Google security settings → Third-party access.
Stored data is deleted within 30 days after access is revoked or the account is deleted.
